What rebate? Congress have not passed any rebate.
Where can I report a previous employer that refuse to distribute my w4's. What will crop up to them?
I tried calling the employer and she became indignant, insisting she have sent them. From working there I know she is the type of party that ALWAYS has to be right, even when she is terribly, very wrong. her "word" that she sent them technique nothing to me short them in my hand. I have moved (twice actually) since working in attendance, but I have received every other W4 even when employer only have my least current address. She refuse to send them and I no longer hold my pay stubs. Is in that any way I can do my taxes lacking them? Or get them from anywhere else? Also, where on earth can I report this company and what action might be taken against them?Answers: The lone way you can receive your W-2s is through your employer. Technically they are not considered "late" within the IRS's eyes until February 15th. If by then you still haven't received your W-2s, later you can call the IRS and issue a complaint against your former employer. If she is found to hold not provided the W-2s on time, she is subject to a cost for each return not provided. Don't attempt to do your taxes lacking them.
