My husband & I have be separated since May of 2007. We have two children at home. Our son lives next to his dad, my daughter lives with me. Can we both claim Head of Household?

I have a scottrade rationalization and cancelled it. I am still person tax but made no money! HOW MUCH WILL THEY TAX?!

Scottrade sent me a bill of the total amount of stocks I bought this year about $5000 but I with the sole purpose had $500 to instigate with and bought and sold stocks so they are copy each trade and adding together it. (10 trades X $500 = $5000) But I made no money what so ever! I lost money in reality! $300 and I am being tax? Will I get this money fund in toll returns? How Much will I be taxed? PLEASE HELP ME!

It sounds to me like you are an idiot. Brokers own to report sales proceeds on a 1099-B. What you do from in that is reconcile on your Schedule D for gain/loss. Before you cancelled the account you should enjoy taken the few seconds it take to do your homework, you moron.
