I owe child support for my first two, can they take my EIC from me for my 3 rd child?
Answers: yep, because you had an obligation to support those first 2 kids, and you didn't meet your obligation. Now the government forces you to pay.
i know I'm gonna here it for saying this .but yes they will take ur whole check depending on what u owe. and i know people make mistakes but i went threw this and even if u are paying now and ur be hind they will take it all . so what i would do is not even carry my kids on my taxes i would let ther mom carry both of them every year. and it is still that way. my wife always just said that my out side kids weren't her responsibility and they had a mother just like her two did and that wasn't her problem to take care of those other kids.
Tax form give a hand?
hi, im doing my tax, i be doing the online free turbo tax. it later said i need to do a state charge for 10 bucks. Do we have to do a state and federal? why would they charge me if its free? finally, whats the differenceAnswers: I don't know the answer just about TurboTax's charge. I think, though, that the federal affairs of state probably arranged for free filing for federal taxes near TurboTax. Your state may not have done that.
Both the individual states and the federal policy can impose income taxes. Some states don't enjoy a state income tax, but you are apparently within a state that has one. You own to file two charge returns, and pay two taxes.
The state import tax is probably less than the federal due. If your employer was taking out money for the federal toll, it probably also took out money for the state tax.
TurboTax is free for your *federal* tariff if you're doing the 1040EZ form. They never say they'll do your state export tax for free as well. If you don't want to pay packet them to do it, just draw from the tax forms (from your local library, or download them from your state's Web site) and do them yourself. It's not that difficult, especially if you already own all the numbers from your federal return.
Your state Web site might even enjoy a place where you can e-file for free. Check it out.
I don't know what you connote "what's the difference". The money from federal taxes goes to support the federal policy, and state taxes go to support the state rule -- is that what you're asking?
Just go to the website for the revenue cabinet within your state, dowload your form and instructions and do them yourself! Good luck!
If you live together and are not married but incline a child together can you report your taxes together contained by the?
state of Tennessee?Answers: depends on what the state laws are for Tennessee. Best bet is to check near your state dept of revenue. Also, the IRS would let you report a joint return if you live together, provided it does not violate the law of your state (except of course where on earth it's a same sex joint tariff return).
You can file your taxes within the same envelope but explicitly as close as it gets.
