CHILD TAX CREDIT: This is for anyone within the senate who can relieve rework the export tax directive?
I think it's utterly undue that we lose the ability to claim the child export tax credit for our CHILDREN when they turn 17. Since when is a 17 year old no longer a child? Just when they're indurring the most expense (college applications, prom, grad hours of darkness, etc.) the tax credit get cut from us? I seriously don't get it.I also believe it's unfair that places approaching Disneyland get to charge an Adult rate to children over age 9... they're children, not adults.
Yes I'm ranting, but I'm a bit feed up with adjectives of these places lining their pockets and you adjectives know that's only one company even though lots many places do that.
Any willing tips for taxes or anything else?
Answers: They had to draw the string somewhere and that is where on earth it was drawn..interval.
Sorry to tell you this, but nobody ever said duration would be fair ;<{
How be my ex-boyfriend permitted to claim me on his taxes this year?
How can I find out how much he is receiving for me? Is here anything I can do to prevent him from doing this!Answers: Sure, you can file your own return. He isn't allowed to claim you unless he meet very specific rules, one of which is that you lived beside him ALL of last year, also that he provided over partially of your support for the year, and your gross income was smaller number than $3400. There are a few other rules too, but those are the main ones.
Generally NO he can't claim you as a dependent.
Report him to IRS Fraud and charge evasion.
File your taxes as if he did not claim you. IRS will investigate him and disallow this claim that your are / were a dependent.
Is near a tariff break for forgiven debt?
I heard on the communication and read several articles that a tax break be passed to relieve people that have foreclosures on their home. However, we still received a 1099-C stating that this is taxable income. Does anyone know if the tax break is true?Answers: Even past Congress got stale their duffs and passed tax statute, most foreclosure debt was one forgiven. Now there is an actual imperative in place.
Here is the correlation to the IRS website explaining it in full.

The toll deduction go to the company that forgave the debt. They get a tariff deduction for the amount of loan written rotten.
You unfortunately grasp stuck with the 1099-C. Unless you be insolvent when the debt was forgiven, next you are going to pay import tax on the debt forgiven.
