Do I hold to profile taxes if I made below $5000, but didn't pay envelope taxes?
I someone works part time for a few months and is rewarded without have their taxes withheld, do they have to record taxes? Would they have to wage? Or is that a low enough amount that the gov't doesn't aid too much? Also, how would that affect the $600 rebate thing? Would it be better to directory and pay the taxes to attain the extra rebate, or what?
Answers: If you get a paycheck from a company and you also get a w2 form you need to pay cheque taxes. If you make money surrounded by America you need to reimburse taxes on it. Since you never paid taxes on it you will owe them a right amount of money.
If the money was wages and taxes be withheld you would not have to directory. If you just worked and received dosh or received a 1099misc you need to record a return.
You would enter your gross earnings on Schedule C and subtract any expenses you had and fetch over your net profits to the 1040. You would also need to folder a Schedule SE to figure out your self employment taxes. Half of those taxes are deduct from your net income on page one of the 1040 and the amount owed is included underneath the tax article on page two
Talk to an INS agent, not an IRS agent.
I'll do you a favor. I'm dispatching one to your IP address right now. If you see a black helicopter adjectives over your house with INS agents decending on ropes, don't verbs about it.

Forget almost the rebate thing. For this humane of 'deal' it is better to just hold quiet or be deported. But I never told you that.

I filed my taxes and merely received mortgage interest I forgot I had, should I record a 1040x?Answers: Did you itemize. Look at your tax return and see if you took the standard estimate for your filing status. If you took the standard assumption your mortgage interest would have to be more than that for it to relief you and for you to have to amend.
If you itemized yes, you should amend to make the addition of the mortgage interest as it would give you a larger conjecture.
Depends, will this item allow you to exceed the standard deduction. Normally, you will entail over 10,000 in deduction. Make a list and if you can come up beside more than the standard deduction later go ahead and profile it, other wise you are wasting your time.
