Is it a federal tenet for companies to transport by post our W2's?!?
I am a student in college. For extra money, during spring break and at the close of the semester, I worked at a temporary agency. I be waiting for my W2's but it turns out that I have to pick them up myself. Is here not a law where on earth it is mandatory for the companies to mail them out to their body? Where should I go to complain?!Answers: They are required to enjoy them furnished to employees by January 31st. This doesn't necessarily plan they need to be mail. Most companies mail them (in which baggage they need to be postmarked by January 31st), but some don't, and are only just required to have them available to you by January 31st. Call the temp agency and see if they will email or letters them to you instead, especially if you moved out of town and are unable to walk get them confidently.
Yes they are suppose to either messages them or give them to you. If you hold not recieved them go to your employer and request them. You can't do your taxes minus your W-2s

The adjusted income you come up with on the schedule C is carried to the front page of the 1040 and is handled just like w-2 income after that. The 1099 income is also sent to the IRS so yes, you need to file a tax return.
You RECEIVED a schedule C? From whom? Or you received a 1099-misc and have to file a schedule C?

I'm assuming you received a 1099, in which case you need to file a Schedule C with your 1040. If your profit is over $400 you would also need to include Schedule SE.
