Can a dependent be claimed by different party for Medicaid and taxes?
Can a person be claimed by one entity as a dependent for tax purposes, and by another being for purposes of qualifying for Medicaid?Answers: No-sounds approaching someone is trying to run a scam. If not, I will let you rent 3 kids from me so you can qualify for medicaid.

what if you're still paying off the RB's within Washington from your 2006 taxes ? Will they just re-route your rebate check into THEIR checking acct to stir towards the psudo debt that they've bestowed upon you ? I'm guessing I'll never see that $600 check. I'm guessing I'll see a letter maxim 'thanks so much - your 2006 duty debt to us just go down by $600 - we kept it - have a flawless day'Any ideas out in attendance ?

They did it final time with the rebate checks so why not do it again. And you said 'our' within your last statement. If near are two of you that paid taxes, you may see $1200 ($600 per taxpayer) but I'm not sure where on earth you fall contained by the income bracket so this may not be. But see for yourself.

It is based past its sell-by date of who files, that is why you won't bring back anything until after April 15th
If you didn't pay taxes (which is different than file a return), and made at least $3,000 through non-taxable benefits such as social shelter, and veterens benefits, you will get a $300 rebate.
If you didn't database a return at all, you won't be getting a rebate.
Remember, this hasn't passed all the same, so I wouldn't count on anything.
