HoW CAN I GET A COPY OF MY 2007 W2'S.?

INCOME TAX FORM

If you have no luck getting your W-2s by February 15th, you can phone call the IRS, who will issue a complaint to your employers. You should later get your W-2s promptly after that.

Please linger until you get your W-2s to directory your taxes.

TAXES!(screaming..)?

Is there any grounds you wouldn't get the child tariff credit? I have three kids, one be born in June of 2006. Will I be capable of claim her?

Answers: If you have no income.

The child export tax credit is used to reduce income excise liability. If you do not owe and your earned income is more than $11750, consequently there may be some extra child tax credit.

Yes, the babe born June 2006 (or June 2007) would count.

As for the child with your Ex. What does the divorce or custody order say going on for who can claim the child? If you already signed off on it, he is entitled if between the two of you, you money for more than 1/2 of the support. If you've already signed off on it contained by court, you need to pass him a signed 8332 for the year when he's supposed to get it.
(If in that is nothing contained by the decree, the form is voluntary.)

The form individual gives him the right to claim the exemption and child due credit. You keep the eligibilty for HOH status, the child carefulness and EIC.
You will get the credit for adjectives three if they are your qaualifying children - don't file a 1040EZ as you can't purloin the credit on that form. Your credit may be reduced due to your average gross income or if you have a lower levy liablity then the credit. It can individual bring your tax liability to nothing and you are not refunded the difference. The biddable news if it is reduced because of your charge liability you will get the superfluous child tax credit which is refund to you.

You must be claiming the exemption for the children
since you have primary physical custody of your child, your ex can just claim her if you sign over the rights on a specific tax form - this can be done one year at a time or you can never consent to him, unless you had something specific within the divorce agreememt or support order allowing him every other year

With the tax rebate, i am a college student still living at home, will i get a rebate?

Answers: If your parents claim you as a dependent, you will be ineligible for the rebate, but you may still benefit under the plan.

While the rebate depends on your 2007 status and income, it is actually a rebate toward your 2008 taxes. According to the proposed plan, in 2008, taxes would be cut from 10 percent to zero percent on the first $6,000 dollars of taxable income for individual taxpayers.

So if you have taxable income in 2008, you will see a tax cut when you file in 2009.
If you are in college and live at home, then I am assuming that your parents still claim you on their taxes. If your parents claim you, they will get the additional "$300 per child."
