As a S Corp, you rate your self a wage. The wage then become taxable for employee and employer (S Corp) at alike rate as self employment tax. If you pay envelope yourself less within wage than your current slef employed income the "self Employment tax" is reduced. The difference between your wage and the S Corp "profits" is passed through to your personal income tax rate that you are already paying.
As an S Corp, you could also setup a SIMPLE retirement program for your personnel (you) that would further reduce your taxable dollars.
