I have be living and working in Europe the second 2 years. Do I have to wages tax to the U.S. system even though I already pay rates to the Spanish government? I am man paid within euros by my employer.

Answers: You get credit for foreign taxes compensated and may be eligible for an exemption - IRS Publication 54 will give you more information on that.
If you are a U.S. citizen, you are required to report adjectives income on your 1040 and pay taxes on your "worldwide" income.

However,

1) You can claim the foreign earn income exclusion
2) You can claim the credit for foreign taxes paid

This may result contained by not owing any U.S. taxes, if you complete the forms correctly.

Request and writ for garnishment (income import tax refund/credit)?

what exactly is it, and can they garnish the spouses return even if the soul didnt work?

Answers: That is when someone (or normally a company) sent a request to frills your refund for any money you owe them.

If you and your spouse are file jointly they enjoy the right to take it.

If your spouse didn't work they shouldn't verbs about file a return (unless they had another form of taxable income that wishes to be filed.) If your spouse does hold to file a return the company usually cannot touch it unless their name be on the account you have with the company to be exact trying garnish your reimbursement.
Yes. They can take yours and your spouses. And they will every year until contained by it paid stale.

Just an FYI though.. what type of garnishment is it? If it is for a student loan, you owe money to the irs, or back child support they will transport both state and federal taxes. But if its something like creditors and you get a writ from the county court house, look at the paper. they can merely take your state taxes. the garnishee will be scheduled as your state treasury department.

The federal irs wont get involved unless you owe them money directly.

Value Added Tax on Lease of Commercial Space?

If the contract of lease for a commercial space is silent on the issue of value added tariff, what is the tax responsibility of the lessor ? lessee ?

Thank you.

Answers: The lessor is responsible for the meaning added tax base on the monthly lease amount.

Have a nice day !
The seller/lessor is the one statutorily liable for the gift of the tax but the amount of the charge may be shifted or passed on to the buyer, transferee or lessee of the goods, properties or services. In your defence, if the contract is silent, you may assume that it is already VAT Inclusive, and you may claim the input VAT. To be sure, you may check the official getting or invoice issued to you for any VAT amount or if the lessor is VAT registered. But the best thing would be to ask your lessor directly.
