Questoin on Refund ANticipation Loans?

Do they do a credit check on you befor they give you money for the Anticpated check discount loan because i am 18 years old and i dont own any credit history built up but i am getting back aroudn 1000 dolalrs

Answers: As other's said - DONT DO IT. Read the small fine print. Some are charging you up to 600 (six hundred) percent base on your refund size. Wait the 2-3 weeks and receive from the IRS - its not worth the $ to receive it a few weeks hasty. Some also have clauses that read out after they give you the swift refund, if they do not receive your resourceful check from IRS in X days, - YOU enjoy to start repaying the loan they gave you against your compensation + interest (on top of the 600% they already charging you). This is not a win/win - its a lose/lose.
Please - DON't DO IT! Do you have any conception how much they're charging you in fees for a short permanent status loan?

Just use turbo tax for free from the IRS, record electronically, you'll have your money rushed enough - really

Those companies ought to be run out of town on a guiderail for how much they're raking surrounded by.
Good idea not to do a discount anticipation loan. With Online filing using e-file, you can draw from your refund faster than you guess..

Answers: Homestead is file for your primary residence.

I would assume she has a primary residence that she pays for, it doesn't event where the money comes from.

Why wouldn't it be allowed and why would you care?
It would depend on the law of your state, since the homestead items are state, not federal. It's up to the state what kinds of income they consider.
