What should you do if a company doesn't dispatch your w2 forms?
There are a couple of places I worked for this last year and I still haven't recieved w2 forms. Should I contact the IRS?Answers: Contact the employer first and ask. Then jump to IRS.
The only piece the employer has to do is generate the w-2's AVAILABLE to you by the 31st. So call them ans ask if they are primed to pick up as you did not receive yours. Especially if your have moved.
If that does not work later yes call the IRS department and ask them what you should do.
legally they have to be mailed by 1/31. Give them a couple more days to arrive by letters.
I obligation some financial proposal.?

Get referral from others, "who does your taxes?"
"For how long?" etc...
Having someone do your taxes is no different than picking a doctor, dentist, mechanic, etc...
