I believe that you are refering to the tax rebate (economic stimulus plan)...no it have not been passed...This plan would enjoy allowed for REBATES of up to $600 for singles and $1200 for married people near an extra $300 per child. This would not have be added to your refund if it have been passed, it would own been a separate check that arrived after due refunds.
This plan is stalemated within the Senate right now, near no hope of moving along anytime soon, so don't start counting your chickens before they are hatch!
