If you can't access it online, then ring up DFAS, explain the situation and ask them.

How will working two jobs affect my tax return?

Answers: You make more money, and don't have any time to go out and spend it.
You'll have two W2s from your employers that you will have to report on your tax return. Also, you will end up earning more money and paying more in taxes because you are working at two different jobs.

Good luck.
There is no penalty for having 2 jobs (unlike what one of the individuals said). You can -- and should -- allocate your withholding between both jobs as if the jobs were one.

What I mean is, based upon your total income from both jobs during the year, figure out in advance what your tax liability would be for the whole year. Then, set your withholdling allowances for those jobs accordingly. That might mean (for example, if you're single with no additional deductible "stuff") that you set your withholding allowances at "1" for one employer and "2" with the other employer or perhaps "0" for one employer and "1" or "2" at the other employer.

The point is that ultimately you have to have your allowances set (for one or more employers) to match what your total tax liability will be for the whole year.

(If you make a whole lot of money from two jobs, you might get pushed into a higher tax bracket but, that's no different from making a whole lot of money at one job.)
