Taxes Questions and Answers

Do I enjoy to claim my son's wages on my taxes?

He's over 18 and still my dependent. He lived at home, went to college and worked subdivision time. Still does. Do I add his wages to mine on my 1040? He made $600 second year.

Answers: No, he must file his own return (he does not own to though, but it would benefit him to get money back), but if you claim him as a dependent he cannot claim himself. He can use a 1040EZ form and if export tax was withheld he should get hold of most of it back. You cannot make the addition of his income to your total.

Will the upcoming export tax rebate that are fragment of the financial stimulus bag be base on your 2007 income?

Is the tax rebate a rebate of your already rewarded 2007 taxes, or more like a pre-refund of of your 2008 taxes that you might take-home pay?

Answers: While the rebate depends on your 2007 income, it is actually a rebate toward your 2008 taxes. According to the proposed plan, surrounded by 2008, taxes would be cut from 10 percent to zero percent on the first $6,000 dollars of taxable income for individual taxpayers.

It's close to a one time tax cut for 2008, but you carry the rebate now instead of waiting to report your 2008 taxes. Because this is an advance pocket money on your 2008 taxes, your refund subsequent year could be more (or less!) depending on your 2008 income.
I be wondering the same entity,,, would it be possible that they rebate your 2006 taxes, based sour your W-2's or tax return??

Is this Tax rebate and actual rebate or is it lately a loan for subsequent years duty return?

Lets say I take back 1200 next to this new rebate. And subsequent year I should receive 3000 back, would I recieve 1800 because of the 1200 I get with this rebate. I belive to be exact how it worked in 2001. But I can't find a interconnect explaining it for this year.

Excellent quiz.

At the very tiniest, it will probably need to be reported as income on the 2008 return and thus the excise "rebate" is TAXED.
