My husband and I usually file injured spouse for but this year we fixed that we weren't to pay past its sell-by date the child support, however, I would like to check to see how much he still owes. We hold not recieved anything from the state yet in the order of this. We efiled through h&r block and should have our money wager on within a couple weeks but I still want to form sure it goes beside what I have on transcription for what is owed. After all it is my money. It's in actual fact the child's money, and his responsibility from before he ever met you. HE can phone the District Attorney's Office where the decision is and they will give him a summary of what he owes.
