I recieved a notice from the comptroller of Maryland for 2006 charge year. I'm trying to figure out if adjectives I need to crawl this form out is my 2006 w-2 form from my employer. I don't have the annals from my e-file for 2006. It seems resembling the 502 form they sent me is asking for a lot of information. Any sustain would be appreciated.
