Taxes Question and Answers

Why is my federal export tax reimbursement lower this year even though I have more deduction this year than end?

My income didn't really change, but i own more deductions this year which I thought would provide me a bigger tax discount. But such is not the case. Are within new import tax rules that I'm unaware of?

Answers:
There are toll law change every year. If I were you I would look at final years taxes and this years taxes and see what is so different. Last year you might have be at the very closing stages of one tax bracket and this year your income might enjoy pushed you into a different bracket. If you had them done by someone most places will grant you a comparison. If they did it will show you where it changed form final year you this year. If you cant find it there later I would start looking for errors. If you find some correct it with a 1040X. Good luck

I'd marry you! Mwah babe

if you are married and file jointly you would not owe any federal taxes if you enjoy lived there for 24 out of the second 60 months. If you were married and that be your main home for the ending two years than I happy for you!! If you be not married, that was not your foremost home for 2 years then you entail to add everything that you ever did to the starting place home (landscaping, repairs, trips related to repairs, and the sale) If it was a rental property invest surrounded by a like property and you will not money taxes!!

It is basically a levy, by paying NI you and your employer are building up credits so that you will get for example an Old Age Pension (from the State when you are 65) you will also be entitled to Unemployment Pay.

But if you pd in taxes you might want to so you can receive the money you pd in subsidise! I don't know if Canada wants adjectives the income you made or not.You will have to find out

Other Answers:
Need citizenship info for better answer but the short one is.

You record taxes where you reside or work or enjoy citizenship and that might be multiple places in some years.

I am a US and Canadian citizen both and must database in both places every year no business where I work. My friend works contained by the US and is a Canadian citizen and must pay also surrounded by both places but can stop paying in the US when he stops working in attendance. There are however deductions base on where you report your primary return. So if you pay funds gains taxes within the US you may get an exemption for those assets gains within canada .. its not always in attendance .. and its not always 100 percent and since the two countries enjoy different tax law often you go and get exemptions in one country but it doesnt issue cause you enjoy none in the other so you still income.

Also very complex to find a good accountant who know both countries tax law.

Sorry .. probably not the answer you wanted.

A corporate tax is a conjecture of a percentage of profits made by companies. The level of taxes come and go in different ccountries, and even the amount companies own to pay vary according to the size of companies. In the UK small companies are exempt from tax on the profits below a sure amount (around lb10,000 I think) and after this amount the corporation tax is ten percent. THink of it as something resembling income tax for companies and corporations.

If you enjoy a C Corporation, it is the corporation's taxable income multiplied by the applicable tax rates base on the tax table. Remember though, with C Corporations, any dividends salaried to shareholders are taxable as dividends that the shareholder must report on his/her personal return, and the dividends are not deductible as expenses by the C Corporation. That is where the double taxation comes into play.

If you enjoy an S Corporation, there is no corporation due. Instead, the income/loss is passed through to the shareholders, on a Schedule K-1. The shareholder will report this info on his/her personal return (Form 1040) and pay income toll on it. With S Corporations, the shareholders may receive distributions (these aren't taxable to the shareholder as dividends like within C Corporations, but they are not deductible as expenses by the S Corporation).

Probably more info than you asked, but hope this helps.
