Can a 2 member of staff corporation set up a SEP retirement plan if the owner does not work surrounded by his own corporation?
I manage a small 2-employee corporation. The owner is solely the investor: he does not work in his corporation. In proclaim to make the living more attractive to me and the other employee, I mentioned the SEP plans. He is predisposed to set it up for us, but I am not sure if it can be set up only for the team if the "owner-employee" does not also participate.Answers:
check us toll in G00GLE.com
Other Answers:
That is a apposite question. If he is technically an hand he is required to participate. If he is not taking "wages" as an member of staff he wouldn't be eligible to participate anyway. This is vitally setup as an equal benefit for ALL employees. Although the owner can set the criteria for qualification (i.e. years of service required, etc...).
You mention that he is an "owner-employee" but that he does not work near. So if he is indeed taking wages he would also have to contribute. However, if he does not take wages he would not qualify so he could proffer it to the two of you without individual affected.
Another selection (if he is taking wages and doesn't want to be included) is to setup a profit sharing or bonus program for the two of you. This would not require him to participate. You can later put this money into an individual retirement plan if that is your perfect goal.
There are a great deal of other creative solutions you may want to consider to open up your option. Here's a good cross-question I found elsewhere on the topic as well: http://www.bplans.com/qa/article.cfm/743?sf=benefits&match=all
Hope this help!

No
No. It's not worth it. Do not permit anyone lie to you. Eventually you would be audited. There are however, permitted ways to "cheat". Just find a good accountant or excise preparer and get them to offer you some information on what to do throughout the year to have more write-offs within the end. If you can itemize on your deduction, it usually helps also. Changing social payment numbers is illegal. I don't insist on that you do that either.

I own an express export tax franchise for the past 3 years, and I'm totally happy next to them. I started my business with smaller number than 10000 and currently i'm making over 100 a year. i would call them 888-417-4461 and ask.

When and How to apply for return of taxes?
Answers:
well, freshly so you know, you don't always win a refund when you profile your income taxes. you have to saturate out a tax form if you want to do that yourself. you can turn to your local library or post office for those forms. or you can turn to irs.gov for the federal forms. sometimes, it is best if you have never file your own taxes to pay someone to do it, such as an accountant or H&R block.
Other Answers:
When you database your taxes you will check how you want your refund - apply to subsequent years taxes, send me a check etc. Mark transport me a check.
if you go to your local post bureau, they should have adjectives the info. you need including the newspaper work....also in my state they own renters and home owners refund charge..check it out
File a tax return. Most forms can be found at any public library of post organization. Use your w-2 or 1099 information that you received from your employer(s) from last year.
Well for the when segment, you want to file definitly earlier April 15th to avoid late fees and penalty, Where, theres H&R block Jackson Hewitt or a relative can fill and folder them for you if they have accouning experience.
You must record your taxes by April 15th. After filling out the forms, you can settle on how you want to receive your refund; check sent to you, direct deposit, or applied toward subsequent year's taxes.
Do I have need of to report an income import tax return (both state and federal)?
Does the minimum tax threshold for file both a state (Arizona) and federal (United States) income tax return include total earn income + all holdings (including stocks, bonds, Roth IRAs, and property held)? Or only earned income exclusively?I estimated my total income + holdings for the 2005 calendar year to be:
(1) < $4000 total earn income (includes sale of my car).
(2) Approx. $5500 contained by stocks/bonds (includes sale of stock my lifeless grandfather held for me -- not yet deposited).
(3) Roth IRA holdings of approx. $3000.
(This is adjectives approximated and may not be 100% accurate).
So I basically call for three questions answered contained by one:
(A) What is the minimum tax threshold requirement for file a federal income tax return?
(B) What is the minimum levy threshold requirement for filing a state (Arizona) income charge return?
(C) Given all of the above, do I obligation to file both/either a state and federal income export tax return for the 2005 calendar year?
How can I find out?
Answers:
There is a minimum tax threshold. I reflect it's $7000 but I'm not sure of the amount. Look in the federal income import tax booklet under the heading of "who must file". I don't know give or take a few AZ. but in my state if you don't spawn enough to pay packet federal tax next you don't have adequate to file a state return. Even if you're below the threshold you can still report if you had any import tax witheld you will get it adjectives back. The $4000 is taxable income. The stocks also count as income if you adjectives them in 2005. A Roth IRA is tax when you put the money in and is excise free when you take it out. you solitary pay export tax on the interest it earns every year not the total utility. You should go to H&R Block or some other place that know what they're doing. A simple return like yours shouldn't cost much to prepare. And you might achieve an earned income credit that will cover the cost and afterwards some.
Other Answers:
i think you obligation to file both consult a professional
No matter how much money you formulate, you still have to folder both state and federal taxes. There is no such thing as "minimum excise threshold". You must file both state and federal levy returns for all of your income. If you believe that you don't owe any taxes, next it will show up on your return.
Explain in the region of service due on atm providers?
there is some wrong perception about this concept. Hence this questionAnswers:
If it is not your banks atm, after you are "borrowing" another banks money, literally. They count that stuff and put it within there themselves. So they hold to contact your bank and your guard has to flex it to them (of course a pc does this).
Other Answers:
We provide ATM sale and processing for entrepreneurs and small businesses. There is no standard tax for ATM providers. The income earn by an ATM owner (could be you...) is taxed as regular income. A couple states (NY and MA...) charge a license levy per ATM. This is $40/year per ATM.
