i think its ridiculous as we hold to pay for everything.the council should income it as its their loss more than ours as they lose out of money
Some of the homes are not on flood plains. When a river floods, it goes for miles, nought can stop it. Water is the strongest force there is. So homes no where on earth near flood plains are artificial.

yea, they are taking out the MAXIMUM amount of taxes, and everyone else at my work filled out a form clich EXEMPT or somehting like that and i never get one of these forms, and i am only 16! so i know i can do that, and consequently when i asked them to see my reord they dotn even have my APP surrounded by there! but surrounded by everyone else they do.
