as in recieving it or paying it?
Child export tax credit does so would assume so, phone your council and ask!
yes it does as they will look on your annual income .unless you get salaried in dosh .
I think singular if you're recieving it as benefits are based on your income and not your expenses
If your working yes its classed as any income but working duty don't care give or take a few it
if you are on benefit you will only seize a few pounds maintenance its included surrounded by your benefits but if you are working and claiming benefits then no it doesn't affect it.
Yes it will affect it as Housing Ben and C.Tax are channel tested benefits

My recommendation would be to buy software approaching Sage (which is what I use) but in a nutshell these are the principles.
1) Each individual is allowed a tax-free allowance for the full year. This equates to a certain amount of 'free pay' up to respectively tax month/ week. The amount depends on their Tax Code.
2) You next work out the total taxable pay (total settle - free pay)and then look up the total duty due on the total taxable pay for that month/ week.
3) You take off the total tax due from the import tax paid by your hand to the end of the previous time of year - and that is the due you will have to pay cheque (by the 20th of the next month)
4) With regard to NI you have to check that the member of staff is earning above the LEL and afterwards deduct the appropriate NI rate from your personnel GROSS earning i.e. BEFORE you subtract income tax. This is the Employees contribution. You also enjoy to work out the Employers Contribution.
My father used to have to pocket several days to work out amounts in days earlier computers - I take going on for 1 hour for 30 employees (and most of specifically creating the BACS schedule for the guard!)
It depends on the taxation guide for the year.
An example for 2006/2007
Income Tax - PAYE
Personal Allowance in 2006/2007 lb5,035 (for those lower than 65 years) must be be deducted from gross income until that time taxation.
On taxable income, here at the taxation levels
lb2,150 tax at 10%
Income from lb2,151 to lb33,300 is taxed at 22%
Income above lb33,300 is tax at higher rate of 40%
National Insurance remunerated by employees is 11%
while employer pay 12.8%
For the most up to date rates for this year, please contact Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk
You don't hold to do the calculations yourself.
You can outsource the work and return with it done for you for about lb10 per member of staff per month.
Hope that helps.

This has to be right, otherwise you will gain a huge bill.
1) Go talk to your local duty nspector and convince him of your bona fides. The Rev are very pious friends and lousy enemies.
2) Get Quickbooks or Sage and run adjectives your books through them.
3) Go on the HMRC website and get your guide around all relevant question to do with YOUR TAX, THEIR TAX, AND VAT.
You can't really afford to screw this up. You may completion up feeling similar to you are working for the taxman but, believe me, there is no road around it.

Under the table PAY... what should i do around my resume?
Question:
One of my job experience is great to hold on my resume. But i got remunerated under the table. I want to join it to my resume but when or if they do a back ground check..they will not see it... what should i read out about the below the table pay if they ask? I want to work around it so that i am still competent to put it on my resume..
Answers:
You were an independent contractor unloading cash payments.
Is your employer arranged to vouch for you? If your former employer can give you a hint, then you could put it on your resume.
If your employer is going to do a serious setting check on you and you think he is going to find out in the order of your not paying taxes, or that he can determine this former employer was not honest, economically you are stuck and can't mention the cash livelihood.
Well, the first answer is that you are telling the unusual company that you are a cheater.
But, if you still want to list the experience on your resume...at smallest be honest at this point and mention that it was beneath the table.
Well, now you hold a problem, don't you. By evading taxes on your income, you have presently run into just one of the plentiful consequences.
The glaringly clear message you're sending to any potential employer is that you are inherently dishonest and a cheat. Not exactly the best fodder for your resume!
Come clean next to the IRS and pay your taxes. Then you can rest assured putting the information on your resume.
Yet another reason why you should play by the rules!
Just put it on your resume, they don't fastidiousness.
also vote for Ron Paul he will eliminate the IRS
Would you work 38 hours for $500 change repay surrounded by australia?
Question:
also i get $15 dosh in mitt for overtime can you tell me what you presume? to be honest im sick of it
Answers:
I'm in Australia and NO WAY would I stand for that. Find another commission - you know you want to. You could dob in this employer to the ATO and they would stir crazy over them and make them reimburse your super too. But you would still be personally up for import tax on your untaxed income. But you are being salaried at least 1/2 of what your services are worth and this company is profiting from it. That is not right for you and it's not right for our society. You want to make a responsible conclusion right now i.e. right for our society and not just for yourself but will bring in you feel more ethical and out of danger.
You do realise this situation is illegal, yes? The employer is more liable than you but the longer you engross it the more you become liable... act immediately and good luck next to finding a new post with moral conscienable employers.
i gain $500 an hour
it depends what you do and if you like your post
if it's not making you happy, next it's time for a change
life's too short to be anything but joyous
It depends on the work. One risk to cash work anywhere within the world is that you may not be covered by insurance if you get injured. In the U.S., overtime money is usually 1.5x the base rate. Based on your number, you're making nearly $13.16 per hour. Overtime should be $19.74 per hour.
no i wouldn't... its illegal for starters. and you wont own any super going in eather.
its thorny to find work here that is decent. but if you catch paid lower than the table you will be caught.
in the states if you take paid beneath the table and you don't declare it your boss might transport in a 1099 and consequently you will be caught this way. i am not sure how the Australian govt does it but money under the table isn't worth it surrounded by any case.
cheers
Josie
i don't know much almost austrialia. but in dia if Are educacted, you can earn around 20000 rupees surrounded by a month with is sufficient amount to hold everything in life span.
